I'm looking pretty good eh?
Ok, this might be boring, but it's more of a record for me as to my progress (or lack of) in the health stakes.
Three weeks into it now and I'm increasing my workload. It's still small beer, but it's getting a little better.
I'm only doing an hour's work and keeping my max heart rate to no more than 120. (max is 128 for my age, but I'm being cautious for obvious reasons.
So this is what I'm doing, 2-3 times per week. But I'm now going to try and go everyday...
Start weight was 86.5. Current weight is 85 kilo
My hour consists of:
Treadmill for 15 mins, brisk walking at an incline of 5-10 degrees at speed of 5-6, ave heart rate 110-120.
Then 1000 meters rowing, 5 minutes, and hopefully that distance will increase as I get fitter.
Back onto the treadmill for a further 15 mins.
Then onto the Leg Press, 150 reps @35kilos (3x50)
And finally the Lat Pull, 50 reps @35kilos (5x10)
